Great product. Altec-Lansing and others make larger units, each with bigger sound, but they are just too clunky and heavy to be really portable. This one folds into the size of a paperback, sets up in a second and gives nice sound. Got this as a gift. Worked fine for 2 years, although I agree that the volume buttons aren’t that easy to use. But today I picked in up and it shocked me. It was a mild shock, but I did see a spark and now it doesn’t work. Really should have gotten more use out of it given what it must have cost. Perhaps it’s just another sign of our disposable age, but disappointing none the less.
